• Match Data: Scores, player statistics, and match records you create.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, device information, and crash logs.
• Payment Information: Transaction details processed through our authorized payment gateway partners (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, and/or Easebuzz). We do not store card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To process subscription payments.
• To send important service updates.
• To generate anonymous usage analytics.
• To display live match scores and leaderboards.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication and push notifications.
• Payment Gateway Partners: Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, and/or Easebuzz for payment processing. Only the information required to complete the transaction (amount, order ID, and contact details where mandated) is shared with the active gateway.
• AdMob (Google): For serving ads in the free tier (anonymized data).
• Law Enforcement: If required by law.

• Data is stored on secure servers hosted on Microsoft Azure (India region).
• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• You can opt out of non-essential communications.

6. Cookies and Tracking

CricMate uses local storage and session storage for authentication and user preferences. We use Google AdMob which may use advertising identifiers on mobile devices.

CricMate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
