Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

2. Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies only to first-time subscribers.

Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on months used.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at cricmatehelp@gmail.com with:

Your registered phone number
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Reason for refund

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Account suspended due to violation of Terms and Conditions.
Subscription renewed after the 7-day refund window.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date.

5. Payment Failures

If a payment was deducted but your subscription was not activated, contact us immediately with your transaction ID. We will verify the transaction with the payment gateway used at checkout (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, or Easebuzz) and either activate your plan or process a full refund to the original payment method.
