By accessing or using CricMate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CricMate is a cricket scoring and match management platform available as a web application and mobile app. Features include live scoring, commentary, player statistics, team management, tournaments, and community features. Additional modules may be enabled or disabled from time to time at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscription Plans

• CricMate offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro ₹49/month, Plus ₹99/month, Max ₹149/month).
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through authorized payment gateway partners, which may include Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, or Easebuzz. The active gateway shown at checkout may vary.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Features vary by tier as described on the pricing page.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (match data, community posts, etc.).
• By posting content, you grant CricMate a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Service.
• You must not post illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All CricMate branding, design, and software are owned by CricMate. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CricMate is provided "as is" without warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
